    If we ask from anyone whether they want to be rich ,no one will say no I don't want. Because everyone need to be rich and live a life they want. If we go further and ask again from them "Do you have a plan to become rich?. Then most of them also have a plan .They will say I need to start business or I need to invest.

    Then why most of the people are still not rich?. Some people working hard to become rich but still in same place. Some people read tons of books to become rich but still in same place. Some paid thousands of money and go to mentoring courses and seminars but still result is same. Then there should be something wrong in our system.

    That is why I'm going to talk about No 1 secret for becoming rich. If you go through any of the rich peoples life style all of them have one thing in common. That is Consistency, which is the no 1 secret to becoming rich. Without consistency no work will be success in the path for becoming rich.

    We all know we  tried different ways to earn some additional money. But how many of them we continue for at least one month. Think why you fail on that for a moment and why you unable to maintain your consistence. There are thousands of reasons but today I will show you from a equation what are the real factors which affect the consistency.


P=Purpose



    From P  we represent purpose. This purpose should be powerful one. For example, if purpose of your side hustle is to earn some extra money, it is not a powerful purpose. So you will end up your side hustle after some time due to this low powerful purpose. Therefore you should have good vision to have a consistency. If not purpose of your side hustle can be for your entertainment. Because to have consistency your brain should have powerful purpose or do it for your fun.

E=Energy Level



    From E we represent energy. In order to have consistency second thing we required is energy. If not you feel like cannot work further or lazy or I don't have mood. Therefore we need to have good energy level. Do you know that your brain can expand further. 

    Therefore first point to increase your energy level is doing some activities. Best and easiest activity is shaking your body. For example you can have a small walk about 30 minutes at least for 3 days per week. This will increase our energy level by increasing our brain power by immediately creating new cells in our brain. This  increase our focus, response speed by dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins which we called as Angel's cocktail. You do not need to have tread mill in home or go to Gym for this .Only activity you need to do is walk but your pulse should increase and sweating should occur.

    Next point is to have a good energy level is having good sleep. At least you should have a good sleep about 6 to 8 hours per day.

    Another point to increase energy level is having a good Breakfast. You all know that Breakfast is the most important meal for us. But how many of you take it serious. Breakfast is important due to 2 reasons.

  1. Our body need to refresh after 6 or 8 hours fasting period.
  2. Around 10 A.M to 2 P.M. is the most active hours of us. Therefore we should have good energy to work and we get that energy level after digesting Breakfast(Hope you know it take around 4 to 6 hours to digest food and get energy)

SSS= Small  Simple Steps



    Triple S represent  small simple steps in the above equation. To have consistency we should always do small steps everyday. Create a task list for this which can completed quickly. It is better to move one Millimeter a day rather than planning for Kilometers. If any tasks is there for you ,always break it into small parts and complete them one by one.

  1. Powerful purpose
  2. Good energy level
  3. Do Small Simple steps
  • In order to have powerful purpose you should have good vision or do that thing for fun.

  2. Walk at least for 30 mins for at least 3 days a week
  3. good Breakfast
  • It is better to do small step than thinking about great achievements.
